Emotional support through shared experiences
Through shared experiences, participants receive emotional support from others who have faced similar losses. You’ll learn about grief, what to expect during the journey, and gain tools to help cope with your loss.
Program details
Our six-week online support group meets weekly for 60 minutes and is facilitated by a licensed clinical social worker. To foster a supportive and intimate environment, each session is limited to 12 participants, with spots reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The program is offered twice per year.
The 2025 sessions have concluded.
We will offer two new sessions in 2026. Please check back in March 2026 for updated details and registration information.
