Emotional support through shared experiences
Through shared experiences, participants receive emotional support from others who have faced similar losses. You’ll learn about grief, what to expect during the journey, and gain tools to help cope with your loss.
Program details
This six-week program meets weekly for 60 minutes, facilitated by a licensed clinical social worker. To maintain an intimate and supportive environment, the group is limited to 12 participants. Spots are reserved for the first 12 individuals who sign up. The program is offered twice per year:
- Winter: January 20 – February 24, 2025 – 7 pm ET/6 pm CT/4 pm PT
- Fall: October 13 – November 17, 2025 – 7 pm ET/6 pm CT/4 pm PT
