Surviving to Thriving - How Our Stories Can Heal and Transform Us

Sandra Marinella, MA, MEd

Discover how your personal stories can transform your life—even amid life with ovarian cancer. Sandra Marinella’s own breast cancer diagnosis led her to explore how personal writing and positive psychology could transform her own life. This search led to her pioneering work with thousands of students, writers, and cancer patients whose inspiring stories demonstrate how storytelling and personal writing can help us move past physical or emotional hardships and toward resilience and renewal.
