About The Rejuvenate Retreat
No one understands where you’ve been, like another woman diagnosed with ovarian cancer. This day is all about rejuvenating your mind, body, and spirit! Engage in group activities, take a leisurely walk around the lake, chat with an old friend, and make lots of new ones as well! The day is designed with you in mind!
We have picked Lake Katherine for its peaceful and calming atmosphere that will set the tone for this event. And the activities we are incorporating, such as yoga, music therapy, oncology massage, and more, will help lessen anxiety and make you feel like a new person at the end of our retreat!
