Teal Hearts Exploration Series – Zumba – Midwest Region
Join us for an exciting lecture on the topic of Fitness for Cancer Survivors. Led by Dr. Barbara Sweet, who lost her mom to Ovarian Cancer in 2017, learn how research has changed over time, the current medical recommendations, and the science behind it. Learn how fitness can help you not only feel better but also boost your immune system. Get your sneakers ready! There will be a 15 minute Zumba Gold (low-intensity) workout included. I guarantee you will have fun! Option to do the workout seated.
