Our retreat is aimed at helping you to “check cancer at the door” for a day and just engage in activities designed to help you feel rejuvenated.\nHistorical Sanford, Florida is a peaceful, charming, calming atmosphere that will take you back in time and will really set the tone for this event. The Sanford Civic Center sits on the St. Johns River. Activities include yoga, sound healing, massage, essential oils, wig setting class, and much more.
