David Barley, CEO

David Barley brings over 20 years of experience to his role as acting Chief Executive Officer of the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition. Dave has a broad-based executive background of operations management and strategy implementation. He assumed the position in May 2009 after serving five years on the NOCC Board of Directors, most recently as Chair.

Reflecting a strong professional background in managerial operations, human resources, process re-engineering, as well as mergers and acquisitions, Dave most recently held a senior leadership role within Bank of America. As head of a division's human resources department for six years, he focused his efforts on change management assignments.

Previously, Dave held executive postings at United Technologies in both London and Paris, and also was human resources director at Walt Disney Imagineering-Florida, where he was involved in the development of the Animal Kingdom Theme Park. He also held executive roles at Compaq Computer Company where he was responsible for implementing mergers and acquisitions.

Dave received his master's of science (master's of business) degree from Purdue University and a bachelor's of science degree from Indiana University in business and sociology. He has completed post-graduate studies at Cornell University and the University of California-Los Angeles.

Katrina Kuzniuk, Sr. Director of Operations

Prior to joining NOCC in March 2007, Katrina worked for a California statewide environmental non-profit and a locally based San Francisco non-profit providing benefit and employment services for individuals affected with HIV/AIDS. She also serves as corporate trainer for CompassPoint non-profit services, training other non-profit professionals on beginner and intermediate bookkeeping.

As NOCC's Director of Finance and Accounting, the Canadian native provides direction and oversight for all financial systems, manages the operating budget directing resources appropriately toward programmatic goals; ensures compliance with NOCC financial policies and procedures, and employs sound financial business practices. Working for NOCC allows Katrina to fulfill her long-term passion - working closely with issues that affect women.

Ronni Arno Blaisdell, Director of Communications

Ronni Arno Blaisdell has been working in the public relations field for 20 years. She has worked on public relations campaigns for clients in the entertainment industry, financial institutions, large corporations, and several non-profit organizations. In 2005, Ronni decided to focus her career on women with cancer, and founded Team Survivor Tri-State, a local Chapter of the National Association of Team Survivor, a non-profit organization that provides free exercise programs, health education, and support to women with cancer. Ronni quickly grew the affiliate to become one of the 5 largest Team Survivor affiliates in the country. Additionally, Ronni serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Team Survivor.

While working with Team Survivor, Ronni met some wonderful ovarian cancer survivors who inspired her to work with the NOCC. She was the Walk Coordinator for the Philadelphia Chapter in 2008, helping that year's Walk become the Chapter's most successful one to date. She then moved into the role of Regional Manager for the Northeast Region, and became the Director of Communications in November of 2009.

Ronni has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Emerson College in Boston, MA.
