Exhibitor Information (Limited Space Available)
The National Ovarian Cancer Coalition National Conference provides the opportunity for Survivors, caregivers, loved ones, and the medical community to meet, learn, and interact with each other. The event consists of lecture segments, interactive sessions, and panel discussions covering the most current information about Ovarian Cancer. It will feature a two-day Exhibitor Expo, where companies can market their products and services directly to event attendees.
The fee for Exhibitor participation is $500, and includes the following:
• Complimentary tabletop
• One complimentary conference registration
Vendor Information *NEW* (Limited Space Available)
As a Vendor, you will have the opportunity to sell items such as clothing, jewelry, health products, and nutritional foods to attendees from across the country. The fee for Vendor participation is $250, and includes a complimentary tabletop.
Exhibitor and Vendor Set-Up
Exhibitors and Vendors will be able to start setting up on Thursday, March 6 starting at 12:30 P.M. and must be complete by 4:00 P.M. Disassembly will begin no earlier than Saturday, March 8 at 1:00 P.M. Tables and table coverings will be provided by M Resort. The Exhibitor tables will be displayed in the Milan Ballroom foyer for the duration of the Conference to ensure maximum traffic and interaction with event attendees. This set-up venue is a central, highly visible area with steady foot traffic throughout the day. For your convenience, the tables will be provided; if required, electricity will be available at an additional cost.
Thursday night will begin with an Exhibitor and Vendor Appreciation Reception, beginning at 4:00 P.M. At 4:30 P.M., Conference attendees will be invited to join everyone for a fun and interactive Exhibitor Network Event.
